One of the greatest advantages of hosting your apps on DataFlex Cloud is that AWS has over 200 data centers around the world that you can choose from. Deploy your apps close to the end-users, or literally from a world away with single-digit millisecond latency. Or, you can deploy in multiple AWS data centers to provide fail-over and redundancy.

You don't need to; that's what we're here for! The first step in deciding to host your applications with us is participating in a call with our technical team to figure out your exact needs. Once we have an understanding of your goals and the scope of your data, we will make some suggestions and send you a quote.

Generally, once all of the details have been reviewed and decisions made, the instances can be up and running within 24-hours.

Reach out to us. Each SaaS agreement is unique to the customer and SaaS business model, so we need to know a little bit about your software and goals before we can define an agreement. There's ZERO software start-up costs (AWS does have a cost that will need to be paid) and no annual subscription fees for DataFlex SaaS licensing! 

You call us or send us an email. The size of an instance can be easily and quickly increased/decreased. AWS instances are extremely flexible, and storage can be expanded easily too!

Typically, our support team is available during standard work hours: Monday - Friday, 0900 - 1700 US Eastern. Special support needs can be discussed during the initial setup phase on a case-by-case basis.

As part of the standard hosting package, your instances will have backup snapshots taken of the latest five days. If your system needs to be restored, our technical team will be available to do that for you.

Absolutely! For example, if you need daily backups for specific resources, we can set that up for you, and make it available 24/7.
