The Data Access USA website and global support forums are online

The Data Access Worldwide web site and support forums were recently offline due to a security incident. Our systems have since been reviewed, scanned, hardened and now restored with the expectation of normal, uninterrupted operation. As you may know, it is considered unwise to publish details about security events. Accordingly, except to say "we’re back" we will not be disclosing specific details of the incident.

We are working with a well-recognized cyber security consulting firm to assist us with analysis of the incident, hardening of our environment and to determine if any personally identifiable information (PII) was impacted by this event. At this time, there is no evidence that any PII was impacted, and we will continue to assess our obligations in light of the results of the internal investigation.
