A reported bug is first verified as a legitimate new bug and, assuming it is, it gets logged in Bug Tracker. Submitters are notified by email with a reference number when upon logging. We may contact you if we need more information to evaluate your report. We reserve the right to determine if the issue you report is a valid bug or suggestion.
Prior to submitting a report, please check BugTracker and Knowledge Base for known reports of the problem you are experiencing. In addition, please test the behavior you are reporting in the latest available product revision to see if the issue is resolved in that revision.
