With 180 users, Auto Services Company Warranty needed performance improvements in their software application for servicing their customer claims, and with assistance from Data Access Worldwide’s Professional Services, they migrated to a Microsoft SQL Server backend and were awe-struck by the speed improvement they saw.
DataFlex developer Darryl Haun who spearheaded the project says, "The SQL upgrade has been a blessing for ASC. One of the things we are free of the embedded database’s file size limit. The other blessing is the speed of the database when we query reports. A total shocker for me!"
