QUESTION:
How can I change data using Database Explorer? When I open a table all records are shadowed and the save and delete buttons are also shadowed. I can change the record but I cannot save the change...
ANSWER:
By default, Database Explorer opens files in Read-Only mode. To change that setting:
- Select File | Configure
- Go to Flags tab
- On the Table tab uncheck the 'Open/set tables readonly'.
You can also toggle read-only by clicking on the pencil with the circle/slash over it in the lower left corner on the main screen.
