PROBLEM:
When a dialog/view etc is resized with the mouse it does not trigger a save required condition (i.e. the disk icon does not become enabled)

You have to do some other action also to trigger the save required condition.

SOLUTION:
This is unfortunately quite an old problem. The 'trick' is to make sure that the dialog object is selected so that the resize handles are painted on it, then drag the actual handles to perform the resize.

The problem occurs when you resize the window by dragging its border rather than using the handles.
