PROBLEM:
I have two web applications running on the same server. One is fine but the second one started slowing down 15 days ago -- sometimes the requests even time out. What could be wrong?

SOLUTION:
Make sure you are not experiencing errors in the application -- see if any errors were recorded in the Event Log, if in the application there is nothing like infinite loops, if the data and the data files are correct -- the server can respond to the current load, IIS is properly configured and the network is still sound.

Also check the size of the WebApp.log file. If it gets too big it may slow down the application.
