The two files I was missing on the deployment machine were S2DTCONV.DLL and SBTRVD32.DLL. I am surprised that these DLLs are not needed by Pervasive or the connectivity kit. Either way, these are definitely needed by Crystal Reports 9!

These exist in the Windows\System32 folder on the development machine. I copied them into the same folder as the other Crystal Reports runtime files on the deployment machine, and the reports are working fine now.

Also, the other two files mentioned on this web page (WBTRCALL.DLL and WBTRVD32.DLL) don't exist in the Windows\System folder. They are installed by the Pervasive client and server installations and exist in the PVSW\Bin folder.

Here are the "correct" locations for the additional files needed for Crystal to work with Pervasive:

CRDB_P2BBTRV.DLL - Crystal runtime file
P2BBTRV.DLL - Crystal runtime file
P2CTBTRV.DLL - Crystal runtime file
S2DTCONV.DLL - Located in the Windows\System32 folder of the development machine. To be copied in the same folder as the other Crystal runtime files or Windows\System32
SBTRVD32.DLL - Located in the Windows\System32 folder of the development machine. To be copied in the same folder as the other Crystal runtime files or Windows\System32
WBTRCALL.DLL - Installed by Pervasive client and server in the PVSW\Bin folder (no action needed)
WBTRVD32.DLL - Installed by Pervasive client and server in the PVSW\Bin folder (no action needed)
