PROBLEM:
The Visual DataFlex 14.0 Studio shows a lot of warnings in the Problem Resolution window because the packages containing the used classes arent't included directly. The compiler doesn't have any problems as these packages are included in other places.

The Visual DataFlex 12.1 Studio didn't show any of these warnings. Is it possible to supress these warning or do we have to correct our sources (there are really a lot of sources with this problem)?

I know, that every source should by autonomous - but if the compiler dones't have any problem...

SOLUTION:
Right click in the Problem Resolution panel and turn Filter Warnings ON. The default for this setting was changed OFF, i.e. to show the warnings.

When the warnings were filtered out by default, many developers were going through issues (like not being able to model visually) without knowing why or how to fix them. Now they can see the warnings and decide whether they will change their source or not.

We recommend that the warnings get checked and the source adjusted accordingly -- you will be much better off in the long run.
