PROBLEM:
I have a report that uses ODBC driver to access a DB2 database. When using Crystal Report Integration Wizard the "Selection fields" and the "Sort fields" pages are blank.

SOLUTION:
This is a known issue. However, the wizard builds the report view and the basic structure you need to access Crystal.

You can finish the wizard and add to the report view the necessary code to access your ODBC tables -- e.g. "Send LogOnServer" message in the OnInitializeReport procedure -- and the selection and sorting criteria you need.
