Bug 3965: Conversion Wizard: Converting Recnum table to standard table could generate errors in Recnum indices

11.1.104.0 and component build 11.1.35.2

Bug Text
The conversion wizard replaces all references to recnum in existing indices with the columns of the primary key when converting from Recnum table to standard table.

If the index already contained one (or more) columns of the primary key, an error would be generated -- SQL backends do not allow columns to be repeated in the same index.

We now check if the column is already part of the index and if so, do not add it.

Workaround
Solution: Unzip the attached zip file and place the DBBldr.exe in the Bin folder of your Visual DataFlex 11.1.
